What a great Day! Barack Obama is sworn in as 44th US president, my friend Dirk Jesse released version 3.1 of the XHTML and CSS Framework YAML and it’s my birthday. Also launched the new YAML Developer Blog today, where I was honored to code the WordPress Theme.
What is new in YAML 3.1?
- The container page_margins and page are classes now and enables to use them several times. Therefor are more layout variations possible.
- New markup of navigation modules, also multiple use of classes possible
- A form construction kit
- RTL-Support (right to left)
- Microformats addon
- Equal Height Boxes and many more
- 32 examples
- A complete online documentation or as PDF download in English or German
An overview of all changes are available at Changelog.
Last but not least, check out YAML Builder, an awesome visual tool for layout configuration with YAML.
