Header Image or Custom Background can clone and use for other job i think. Can you write some code examples about those new image upload systems?

I’m looking forward to the menu settings enhancements…those are going to be so useful in developing for clients!
I can understand the advantages of the new Menu Settings area but surely things such as header and background images, which are purely visual elements, should be left up to the Theme.
I Love WP…
I am using WP3.0 alpha on a site I’m planning. I am not an official tester of any kind and really don’t have much experience with WordPress. (I am quite technical though.) In any event, I have a bug that I can duplicate in the menu system admin. Any idea where I should submit it?
This is going to be so amazing…
Amazing. I just love these new features of WP. I can’t wait to see them live 🙂
Certainly so, and not all themes have to include the custom header or background functions. But for those that do, I think it’s great to have a standardized interface for picking them.
Kevin,
Use your ID from wordpress.org to log into the trac here:

and post the details of your error.

I think the Header and Background configuration options will only be shown if you specify in your theme functions file that you want to use them. So theme authors can choose wether to take advantage of this functionality or not.
Thanks for posting these. Looking forward to the upgrade.

I hav MYSQL backup, but i tary to use it with PHPMYADMIN
but i cant….
I changed database name and password .. is it possible ?
please help me,,,,
I am regular visitor of your blog … its awesome..!!!!
@Ajay
you must create a new database and user from cPanel. then you can import database from phpMyAdmin..
of course you can changed the database’s name, but you must applied it in wp-config.php too 😀
good luck !
@Ajay
1. see if you can login to your database in PHPMyAdmin
a. if Yes – Import from your backup file
b if No – make sure you’ve got the right username and password
2. once you have imported your backup file, go to wp-options and check for “siteurl” and “home” fields. They should point to your website.(if you say you have the same domain that should be left same)
3. in your installation files, locate wp-config.php and update your database connection details.
That should solve your problem.
Yesss!!! I dont want to wait againnnn!! WP the real become CMS!!
Hi Guys,
I see 3.0 Beta 2 is now available to download and test. Has anybody heard of when we might see the full public release?
Regards,
Jason
As much as I love these fancy new CMS features such as menu config etc.. I do hope they keep it all simple. I also can’t believe how far WordPress has come – it is the most awesome blogging software ever. People would pay a pretty hefty fee for this if it wasn’t free.
